WESTERN CONFERENCE
After defeating the Wizards, Wolves hold a tiebreaker over the Nuggets, who are ranked No. 2.
After defeating Jazz, the Nuggets maintain their No. 2 ranking; in the tiebreaker, Wolves (1st position) lead Thunder (3rd position) by a single game.
After defeating the Kings, Thunder moved up to No. 3, one game behind the Wolves and the Nuggets at No. 1.
After defeating the Suns, the Clippers claimed the fourth spot in the rankings and are now two games ahead of Mavericks (5th Position).
Mavericks beat the Hornets to stay in the 5th position, while the Suns’ defeat to the Clippers ensures a postseason berth for them.
After defeating the Blazers, the Pelicans move up to No. 6, one game ahead of the Suns (7th position)
After losing to the Clippers, the Suns drop to No. 7 and trail the No. 6 Pelicans by one game.
Kings’ loss against the Thunder leaves them at No. 8, two games behind the Pelicans (6th position) and one behind the Suns (7th position).
Losing to the Warriors keeps the Lakers at No. 9, one half a game behind the Kings (8th position)
Warriors defeat the Lakers to stay at No. 10; they are behind the Lakers (9th position) by half of the game.
EASTERN CONFERENCE
Bucks defeated the Celtics to stay at No. 2, and they now lead the Knicks (3rd position) by one game.
After defeating the Bulls, the Knicks move up to No. 3, one game behind the Bucks (2nd position) and one game ahead of the Magic (4th postion) and Cavaliers (5th position).
After a loss against the Rockets, Magic drops to No. 4 but has a tiebreaker over the Cavaliers (5th position).
After beating the Raptors, the Pacers are still ranked sixth, one game ahead of the Sixers (7th position)
The 76ers defeated the Pistons to stay at No. 7, one game behind the Pacers at No. 6.
Heat defeats Hawks to stay at No. 8, 1.5 games behind the Pacers at No. 6.
After losing to the Knicks, the Bulls are still ranked ninth, one game ahead of the Hawks (10th position)
Hawks lose against the Heat and stay at No. 10, one game behind the Bulls at No. 9.
