The LA Clippers had a fantastic 2023-2024 season, finishing with a 51-31 record, which earned them the top spot in the Pacific Division. They averaged 115.6 points, 43 rebounds, and 25.6 assists per game. Unfortunately, their playoff run was cut short, losing in the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.
Kawhi Leonard was a standout player, contributing significantly to the team’s success, with an impressive 8.9 win share. The Clippers’ performance under coach Tyronn Lue was impressive, especially considering their strong regular season record.
The LA Clippers had some outstanding players last season. The Top Performers include:
Kawhi Leonard: He had an incredible season, playing in 68 games, his most since the 2016-2017 season. Leonard shot a career-high 52.5% from the field, 41.7% from 3, and 88.5% from the line.
Paul George: George played in 74 games, his most since the 2018-2019 season, averaging 22.6 points, 5.2 rebounds, and shooting career highs of 47.1% from the field, 41.3% from 3, and 90.7% from the line.
James Harden: Harden was a key player after joining the Clippers, helping them go 26-5 between December and early February.
Ivica Zubac: Zubac was a solid contributor, but his season was impacted by an injury that caused him to miss nine games.
Norm Powell: Powell also dealt with injuries, missing a few games, but was a valuable player off the bench.
Ivica Zubac and James Harden are still with the LA Clippers. They both re-signed with the team during the offseason.
Zubac had some impressive performances, including a playoff career-high 20 points and 15 rebounds in Game 1 against the Mavericks. Harden also had a stellar season, and his smooth chemistry with Zubac was a highlight.
With Harden and Zubac back on the team, along with Kawhi Leonard, the Clippers are looking strong for the upcoming season.

Mason Plumlee: Plumlee moved to the Phoenix Suns, changing the team’s dynamic.
Daniel Theis: Theis joined the New Orleans Pelicans, adding depth to their roster.
Russell Westbrook: Westbrook headed to the Denver Nuggets, leaving the Clippers to rebuild their lineup.

The Clippers’ 2024-2025 schedule is out, with their first game against the Phoenix Suns on October 23, 2024, at the Intuit Dome.
