The NBA Abu Dhabi Games 2024 is just around the corner. This exciting event brings NBA basketball to the Arabian Gulf for the third consecutive year. On October 4 and 6, the reigning champion Boston Celtics will face off against the 2023 champion Denver Nuggets in two thrilling preseason games at the Etihad Arena on Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island.
The Boston Celtics, led by Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown, Jrue Holiday, and Kristaps Porziņģis, are looking to build on their 18th NBA Championship win. Meanwhile, the Denver Nuggets, powered by Nikola Jokić, Jamal Murray, Michael Porter Jr., and Aaron Gordon, are seeking to repeat their 2023 NBA Championship success.
The NBA Abu Dhabi Games 2024 offers two unique fan experiences. A 4-day event from October 3 to 6 at the Manarat Al Saadiyat gallery, where fans can meet NBA legends, play on a full-size NBA court, take photos with the Larry O’Brien Trophy, and more. A 2-hour family-friendly event on October 5 at Etihad Arena, featuring celebrity guests, musical acts, and appearances by current Celtics and Nuggets players, including NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal.
