Kelechi Iheanacho opened his goal account for Sevilla in the 3-0 Copa del Rey triumph over Las Rozas.
The Nigerian international, who transferred from Leicester City and had experienced limited opportunities since arriving in Spain.
However, Iheanacho showed his brilliance as he scored a second half brace to seal the win for the club.
The opening stages witnessed an energetic Las Rozas side before Sevilla gradually established control through measured possession.
The deadlock was broken six minutes into halftime break when Luis Enrique deflected Juanlu’s cross into his own net six minutes before half-time.
The visitors extended their advantage on the hour mark when Iheanacho converted Juanlu’s precise delivery, to score his first goal for the club.
The former Leicester striker later completed his brace, capitalising on a rebound from Peque’s initial attempt.
The victory ensures Sevilla’s progression to the next round of the Copa del Rey.
