Ligue 1 champions, Paris Saint-Germain, have completed the signing of Napoli winger, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia for a reported fee of €70million.
Kvaratskhelia has signed a four-and-a-half-year deal at Parc des Princes, leaving him there till 2029.
The Georgia star helped Napoli secure their third-ever Scudetto in 2022-23. He went on to score 12 goals, while also providing 10 assists.
Commenting on his switch, Kvaratskhelia said, “It’s a dream to be here. I’ve heard a lot of very positive things about Paris Saint-Germain.
“I feel immense pride in joining this great club, and I’m really looking forward to wearing my new colours.
“I want to experience new challenges by coming here to Paris, new dreams, new goals. I want to improve so that I can help the team as much as possible and give my best.”
Kvaratskhelia will be the first-ever Georgian player to feature for the French side.
Expected to boost PSG’s attacking threat as they look to win a fourth successive domestic title, he will wear the number 7 shirt for Luis Enrique’s side.
