Cristiano Ronaldo’s outstanding form is defying odds in football, with the Portuguese star continuing to excel in competitions. A total of 26 goals have been scored by Ronaldo in 32 games for Al-Nassr, following his recent goal at the weekend.

At 40 years old, many would have expected Ronaldo’s performance to falter, but instead, his numbers continue to impress.

Praise has been heaped on Ronaldo by Ben Foster, a former teammate at Manchester United. According to Foster, the Portuguese star dedication is the key to his relevance, with Foster describing him as “as good as gold.” Foster and Ronaldo joined United in 2005, winning the Champions League and three EPL titles together before Ronaldo’s transfer to the Spanish capital for a record fee of 80 million pounds.

Ronaldo’s past career has been highlighted by Foster, who attributed Ronaldo’s success to his hard work and commitment. “He was always off doing something,” Foster said, describing Ronaldo’s work ethic.

Claims about Ronaldo being divisive have been debunked by Foster, who criticized people’s ignorant judgment of the former United star. Ronaldo’s return to Old Trafford had ended on a sour note with former manager Erik Ten Hag, leading some to believe that Ronaldo was the reason for the division.

However, Foster claimed that such allegations were untrue about Ronaldo, whom he believed always stuck to excellence. “He was honestly proper sound, and I would never have a bad word to say about him, because everybody knows he’s super professional,” said Foster.
