Fran Garcia has officially joined Real Madrid. The left back played a significant role as Rayo Vallecano finished 11th in La Liga during the course of his three years there. Presently Garcia has committed to the Santiago Bernabeu team on a four-year deal.
Before moving to Rayo on an initial loan in 2020, Garcia had gone through the Madrid youth academy. After that, he made the transfer permanent, and he played 122 times for the team. No outfield player in La Liga’s 2022–23 season used as many minutes on the field.
In order to increase their chances of defeating Barcelona and winning the Spanish league title next season, Carlo Ancelotti’s team will attempt to further strengthen their roster. Karim Benzema’s departure for Al-Ittihad has already handed Ancelotti a blow, but Los Blancos are close to announcing Jude Bellingham’s arrival. They also hope Fran Garcia will be of great help to the team.
