Real Madrid who are currently top of the La Liga has confirmed an injury blow to Lucas Vazquez—a development that’ll keep the Spaniard sidelined for the next three weeks, at least.
Real Madrid’s statement said: “After the tests carried out today on our player Lucas Vázquez by the Real Madrid Medical Services, he has been diagnosed with an injury to the semitendinosus muscle in his right thigh. Evolution pending.”
Vazquez now joins the likes of Courtois, Militão, Alaba, Mendy, Kroos, Tchouameni, Vinicius who are currently out injured, and will miss the club’s Super Cup clash against Arandina in Saudi Arabia tomorrow.

Vazquez has made 20 appearances in all competitions for Madrid this season, where he scored one goal and provided three assists.
