There have been rumors on Chelsea making a potential move for Argentina international Alejandro Garnacho. Manchester United is reportedly looking to sell players to free up funds for new signings. This will help them adhere to Profit & Sustainability Rules (PSR).

West London’s big football club already has several players for wide positions. Mykhailo Mudryk was provisionally banned by the Football Association in December due to a failed doping test. There are also concerns about how long Christopher Nkunku and Joao Felix will stay at Stamford Bridge.

When asked if a Europa League match against Rangers would be Garnacho’s last for United, manager Ruben Amorim responded: “No, I’m focused on the games and he’s here as a player for Manchester United. He played a key role for us today, and we’ll see what happens in the coming days.”

Enzo Maresca provided a similar response regarding Garnacho rumors. He stated: “I’m satisfied with our current squad. I’ve said many times that on the right side, we have Pedro Neto and Noni Madueke. On the left side, there are Jadon Sancho and Misha Mudryk, who is currently unavailable. Tyrique George fits the profile we need. At this moment, we are fine.”

There is still ample time left in the winter transfer window for various deals to occur. It is common to see a surge of activity as the deadline approaches. Garnacho could potentially be involved in a transfer as he swaps one top Premier League team for another.
