Contract Extension: Dalot Pens New Deal With United 

Manchester United right-back, Diogo Dalot has extended his contract with the club until 30 June 2028, with an option for a further year.

The Portuguese international who joined United from Porto back in 2008 initially struggled to force his way into the United first team after his loan spell at AC Milan, but has played 42 matches in all competitions this season under Erik ten Hag.

After putting pen to paper, Dalot said: “As a group of players, we all feel like we are at the start of a special journey right now.

“I can assure you that I will dedicate myself relentlessly to helping this group to achieve our aims and make the fans proud of this team.

“That drive continues this week with everyone intensely focused on preparations for the FA Cup final.”

Since joining United, the 24-year-old defender has made 107 appearances for the club and made 11 full international caps for Portugal.
