Despite requesting to be traded, Harden rejoins the Sixers’ training camp.

The NBA’s Trade Session has been one big adventure for some teams and players. Harden and the 76ers happens to be a part of it.

The frustrated guard James Harden, who had been seeking a trade, reunited with his colleagues and returned to the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday to take part in training camp. The 10-time All-Star came up for Colorado State’s practise despite having a tense relationship with the Sixers’ management office. He skipped both Tuesday’s start of camp in Colorado and the team’s Monday media day in New Jersey.

Despite the team’s plans to try to sell Harden, in June, he exercised his $35.6 million contract option for this year. At a promotional event in China, he ripped into team president Daryl Morey when a deal couldn’t be reached. The 76ers’ training sessions this week are being held at Moby Arena, home of the Rams’ basketball team. The Sixers are also looking into the area.
