Bologna came from behind to defeat visitors Borussia Dortmund 2-1 and earn their first win in the Champions League this season.

The Italian side earned the victory with two goals in two minutes to inflict a fourth straight defeat across all competitions on Dortmund.

Nuri Sahin’s side made a good start, taking the lead through Serhou Guirassy. The Guinea international converted a panenka penalty in the 15th minute after Emil Holm’s foul on Waldemar Anton.

However, Bologna levelled the game in the 71st minute as Thijs Dallinga turned home a cross from Jens Odgaard.

The Seria A side then stunned the visitors as they took the lead a minute after. Samuel Iling-Junior, netted a rebound after an initial save from Dortmund goalkeeper Gregor Kobel.

Dortmund are 13th on the log, and would will face Shakhtar Donetsk on the final matchday.

Meanwhile, Bologna move up to 27th with five points, and are likely out should any of Manchester City or Paris Saint-Germain wins on Wednesday.
