Grojan Dragic’s farewell game, “Night of the Dragon,” was a star-studded event in Ljubljana, Slovenia, on Saturday, August 24, 2024. The game featured a mix of NBA legends and current players, including Steve Nash, Luka Doncic, Nikola Jokic, Dirk Nowitzki, and Chris Bosh.
The event was a charity game, with proceeds going to the Goran Dragic Foundation and the Friends of Youth Foundation Ljubljana Moste-Polje. It was also to celebrate Dragic’s illustrious 16-year NBA career, which included spells in Phoenix, Houston, Miami, and other cities.
In addition to the charity game highlights from the game included a one-on-one match between Dragic and his brother, Zoran, and a self-alley-oop dunk by Jokic.
The halftime show at “Night of the Dragon” featured a choir, a children’s accordion orchestra, and other performances.
