Coach Mauricio Pochettino got his second win in the league, courtesy of two quick-fire goals from Chelsea players Mukykhailo Mudryk and  Armando Broja gave the Blues their first win and goals after three consecutive winless matches. The win was also the London side 150th derby victory.

Here are the ratings of Chelsea players that featured for the game.

Robert Sanchez 90 minutes (7.0) : Aside from the ball he gave away to Andreas Pereria in the 61st minute, the Chelsea goalkeeper was decent throughout the game. He also made crucial saves, especially Susa Lukic’s six-yard shot that was parried to a corner.

Thiago Silva 90 minutes (7.5): Silva remains an old wine that keeps finer day by day. His experience at the back was helpful in keeping Vinicius at bay in the Chelsea defence area. The Brazilian combination with Axel Disasi was also elite, especially when Chelsea started the ball from the back. He made seven clearances, two interceptions and three tackles, winning all the four duels both aerial and ground contested for without losing any possession.

Axel Disasi 90 minutes (6.5): No error from the Frenchman, he had a decent game but needs to work on his performance under pressure. Obviously Fulham attacks became alive in the second half and Disasi was caught in the web losing possession eight times.

Marc Cucurella 90 minutes (7.2): Marc’s continued from his bright start against Brighton last Wednesday keeping the right flank safe from Fulham’s winger and left back on Monday night. Although, he played in a wrong position yet hardly would have known because of his decent playing.

He had to contend with Willian and the Brazilian failed to dribble past him. He also recorded six clearances, two interceptions, winning two out of three ground duels and an aerial ball.

Levi Colwill 90 minutes (7.5): Colwill was articulate for Chelsea throughout the night. The youngster maintained the right flank adding both attacking and defending for the Blues. His phenomenal moment in the night was the cross that went past Issa Diop to Mudryk for Chelsea’s goal.

Moises Caicedo 89 minutes (7.0): Caicedo is already proving the reason Chelsea splashed millions to hijack him from suitors in the league. He played alongside Gallagher in the #6 position and it was a superb combo. Chelsea’s first goal was as a result of his long range pass to Colwill. Meanwhile, all his long balls were 100% accurate.

Conor Gallagher (7.4): Captain Gallagher wasn’t in front of goal until in the second half where he was pulling out crosses for Chelsea substitutes. His combo with Caicedo gave Enzo Fernandez the ability to progress to the left #6 position.

Enzo Fernandez 89 minutes (7.2): Fernandez played in a more attacking role. He was suited and comfortable in the forward play with the ball for Chelsea.

Cole Palmer (7.5): Cole Palmer is becoming the decider for Chelsea, playing in the #10 position.  He was all over and his second half miss would have the icing in the cake for his magnanimous effort.

Mykhailo Mudryk 45 minutes (7.0): The Ukrainian has proved critics wrong having got his first Chelsea goal after 24 appearances. Although most of his 1v1 attempts at the left flanks were unproductive during his 45 minutes of action. Meanwhile, his only solace in the match was scoring his first goal of the season.

During his action, Mudryk had 16 touches on the ball of which he lost eight of them to his opponent. An obvious one was in the 16th minute where failed to dribble past Timothy Castagne.

Armando Broja, 63 minutes (7.1) : Broja’s first appearance in the season had mixed reactions, firstly he got a goal but was ruled out in the second half due to injury. The forward almost gave Chelsea the lead 80 seconds into the game but had a poor final touch.

His pace, eye for goal and positioning during the game must have been Chelsea’s missing link in the attacking position since the league started.

 Substitutes

Ian Maatsen 46 minutes (6.5): His significant impact in the game was in the 63rd minute hitting a crossbar.

Raheem Sterling 25 minutes (6.0): Aside from the yellow card received for ignoring the offside call, Sterling couldn’t spice the attacking activity Broja left behind.

Lesley Ugochukwu 12 minutes (6.0): Just 10 touches during the limited action.

Coach Mauricio Pochettino, (7.2): He is yet to get the best combo for his midfield.
