Fred opened the scoring in the 15th minute before netting two more goals in quick succession, in the 60th and 64th minutes.

Edin Dzeko’s goal and a Husniddin Aliqulov’s own goal completed the rout as Jose Mourinho’s side dominated the match from start to finish, extending their impressive run against Rizespor to 11 consecutive victories.

Since making his debut in an away game against Samsunspor in the Süper Lig in August 2023, Fred has been brilliant for Fenerbahce and praised by head coach, Mourinho.
