The Boston Celtics secured a thrilling 120-119 win over the New Orleans Pelicans, despite Zion Williamson’s return to the lineup. Jayson Tatum was the star of the show, dropping 38 points and grabbing 11 rebounds to lead the Celtics to victory.

Williamson, who had been serving a one-game suspension, scored 16 points and pulled down seven rebounds in 28 minutes of play. However, it wasn’t enough to overcome the Celtics’ strong performance. Kristaps Porzingis added 19 points and 11 rebounds for Boston, while Trey Murphy III led the Pelicans with 30 points.

The game was a cliffhanger, with the Pelicans leading by as many as 11 points in the first quarter. But the Celtics fought back, and the game came down to the wire. With seven seconds left, Derrick White’s 5-second violation gave the Pelicans one last chance, but CJ McCollum’s contested layup missed, and the rebound was swatted away as time expired.
