Bayern dominated the first half, and the Bundesliga leaders got the merited goal in the 38th minute. Kim headed home from a corner, leaving PSG’s stand-in goalkeeper Matvey Safonov in no man’s land.

At the restart of the second-half, Dembele was red carded for a lunge on his France team-mate Coman just before the hour.

Vincent Kompany’s team are now 11th in the standings. They have also made it seven consecutive victory and seven straight clean sheet in all competitions.

However, PSG are 26th in the league, with four points from their five matches. They are two places outside of the play-off spots with three games remaining.
