Manchester United is reportedly looking into the possibility of signing Feyenoord goalkeeper Justin Bijlow during this summer’s transfer window.

With David de Gea currently out of contract at Old Trafford,  Dean Henderson and Tom Heaton are the only first-team goalkeepers at the club.

While Henderson might have shown flashes of his abilities, the Englishman is on the verge of completing a permanent move to Nottingham Forest, after a series of loan moves.

Though it’s reported that United will continue contract extension talks with De Gea, the club’s interest in Inter Milan’s Andre Onana suggests the Spaniard has played his last match at Old Trafford.

According to 1908, Bijlow has emerged as a genuine target for Manchester United, with Ten Hag being an admirer of the Dutch international.

Feyenoord is trying their best to retain Bijlow, but they may find it challenging to resist interest from the Mancunian giant if an official bid is made.

The report suggests that Bijlow could compete for the number one spot with Onana at Old Trafford next season. However, it remains to be seen whether the 25-year-old is willing to give up being a regular starter to make the move.
