Atletico Madrid has decided against signing Juventus’ Moise Kean on loan after the Italian failed his medical examination in Spain.
Kean who was on the verge of completing a loan move to Atletico was at the Wanda Metropolitano’s stand for the club’s 2-0 win over Valencia on Sunday, before undergoing in-depth medical examinations that revealed he won’t be fit for action until March, contrary to Juventus’ report of a return in February.

The 23-year-old last appeared for Massimiliano Allegri’s side in a seven-minute cameo back in December, before suffering an injury and falling behind Kenan Yildiz on the pecking order.
With 12 appearances in the Seria A so far this season, Moise Kean is yet to register a goal or an assist, and he’s expected to return to Italy tonight after the deal with Atletico Madrid collapsed.
