ExJuventus striker Fabrizio Ravanelli has expressed his concerns about Napoli’s future without Victor Osimhen, ahead of the striker’s imminent move away from the Partonepie.
Despite Osimhen’s contract renewal with Napoli last December, speculation persists about his departure this summer, with Paris Saint-Germain, Arsenal, and Chelsea showing keen interest in the Nigerian international.
In light of this development, Ravanelli believes if Osimhen leaves, it will be extremely difficult for President Aurelio De Laurentiis to find his replacement.
“Osimhen is among the best strikers in the world. He has incredible ferocity and is not afraid of anything. It will not be easy for Napoli to replace him”, Ravanelli said per Napoli Magazine.
Osimhen’s 26 goals in 32 appearances heavily contributed to Napoli winning the Scudetto for the first time in over three decades last season.
