Napoli played a 1-1 draw with Inter Milan as Scott McTominay and Hakan Calhanoglu both scored to share points.
The Scottish midfielder gave Conte’s side the advantage in the first half as he shot past Yann Sommer after the ball was flicked into his path from a corner.
However, Calhanoglu grabbed the equaliser for the hosts with a rocket shot to ensure a point.
The Turkish international then spurned a glorious chance as he missed a penalty, striking the goalpost.
The miss makes it his first ever penalty miss for Inter having scored all 19 of his previous penalties.
Meanwhile, Napoli stays top of the league as they head into the last international break of the year.
They are a point above every team from second to fifth place, who are all on 25 points.
