The NBA today released the roster of prizes for the inaugural In-Season Tournament, which opens tonight with a Quarterfinals doubleheader on TNT.
1. The NBA Cup, also known as the NBA In-Season Tournament Championship Trophy
Given to the NBA Season-Long Tournament Winners
The NBA In-Season Tournament Championship Trophy, sometimes known as “The NBA Cup,” was unveiled in July when the league formally announced the NBA In-Season Tournament. The first winner will receive it on December The following design elements are included in the NBA Cup, which was created by Tiffany & Co. in partnership with artist Victor Solomon and produced at the Tiffany hollowware facility in Cumberland, Rhode Island. The black colouring is exclusive to the league’s trophy collection, a new addition for the In-Season Tournament, while the gold highlights the relationship to the NBA’s trophy offerings and represents the pinnacle of achievement.

Drawing inspiration from the prongs of a diamond ring, eight prongs flow into the cup’s channels.
The base is a combination of the Eastern Conference and Western Conference Championship Trophy bases, with net detail.
The NBA In-Season Tournament event logo is located on the underside of the trophy.
2. MVP Award for NBA In-Season Tournament
Given to the MVP of the In-Season Tournament
The player who is most valuable in the NBA In-Season Tournament will receive the MVP trophy. The following features of the trophy, which was created by Tiffany & Co. and artist Victor Solomon in partnership, are handcrafted in the Tiffany hollowware studio in Cumberland, Rhode Island.
The two stems resemble the design of the championship prongs, and the black and gold hues reflect the championship trophy.
Dimensions: 15″ high by 6.5″ wide by 5″ ball (17.5″ diameter), 8″ stem by 3″ base height, and 11.5 lbs in weight.
Representation: 15″ height – 15 clubs from each NBA conference are represented.
The six groups and five teams in each In-Season Tournament group are represented by the symbol “5” width.
The three In-Season Tournament groups in each conference are represented by the 3″ base.
The two teams playing in the In-Season Tournament Championship Game are represented by two stems.
3. NBA In Season Competition medals
given to every member of the winning In-Season Tournament squad.
As is customary in basketball tournament events, each player on the In-Season Tournament championship team will get a medal. Victor Solomon created the medals, which have the following features:
The year and the words “NBA In-Season Tournament Champions” are engraved on the front of the medal.
The NBA Cup is depicted in silhouette on the reverse of the medal, sandwiched between two tournament brackets.
The four teams participating in the In-Season Tournament Semifinals are represented by the four extruding balls on the medal’s face.
4. NBA In-Season Tournament All-Tournament Team Trophies
Awarded to each player on the In-Season Tournament All-Tournament Team
The five players that performed the best during the competition will be selected as the In-Season Tournament All-Tournament Team by a panel of media members after the event.
Victor Solomon created awards that honour the All-Tournament Team members. They are made of a solid black crystal basketball with gold channels, one of which has a bracket motif as a tribute to the In-Season Tournament. Each award has a height of 7.5″ and a weight of 20 pounds.
