Paul Pogba has had his one-and-half year ban come to an end today and he is able to play professional football from now on.
The former Manchester United and Juventus midfielder was banned for 4 years due to using stimulants. The ban was later reduced to 18 months, which began on September 11, 2023.
The Frenchman was then released from his contract by Juve earlier this season and is now a free agent.
Pogba has been linked with Olympique Marseille and also teams in MLS and the Saudi Pro League since his appeal was successful.
Meanwhile, he has been seen training with MLS side, Inter Miami, with speculations of joining Lionel Messi and co.
Manchester United are also rumoured to have their prodigy back to the team, following United’s midfield crisis.
Pogba is also likely to return to the French squad, as coach Didier Deschamps has had his back, following the suspension.
