PSG Ahead of Manchester City, Liverpool & Chelsea In Race To Sign Gabri Veiga

Paris Saint-German is presently at the top of the list to sign Celta Vigo star Gabri Veiga. Just this summer, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Manchester City were all mentioned as potential suitors for the midfielder.

However, some sources claim that PSG has moved forward and is confident that they can rapidly close a deal for £34.4 million ($43.6 million), which matches Veiga’s release clause.

Veiga is a good midfielder who can also play the box-to-box position. After an outstanding 2022–23 season with Celta, he has also generated interest from Barcelona.  The 21-year-old has been mentioned as a potential Mason Mount replacement for Chelsea.

Chelsea is reportedly interested in a number of other midfielders, including Amadou Onana of Everton, Moises Caicedo of Brighton, Romeo Lavia of Southampton, and Moises Caicedo of Brighton. Mateo Kovacic and Alexis MacAllister being acquired by Manchester City and Liverpool, respectively, may open the door for PSG to seize the opportunity.

The French giants are making  efforts to find players for the incoming manager, Luis Enrique, who is expected to replace Christophe Galtier as manager.
