PSG Slams €200m Price Tag On Kylian Mbappe 

Kylian Mbappe have been given only two options by PSG. He either has to sign an extension or leave after the club have slammed a whooping amount of €200 million price tag on him. PSG has given Mbappe until the end of the month to activate the one-year extension on his current deal because they are keen to keep the France captain from leaving on a free transfer in 2024. If he declines to renew, they will reportedly demand €200 million (£171 million/$217 million) as a transfer fee.

Mbappe, on the other hand, is neither prepared to sign the deal nor ready to give up on the guaranteed earnings that he would continue to get from PSG if he stays in the French capital through 2024. Real Madrid, which happens to be main candidate, may encounter financial difficulties in offering PSG’s amount because they have already acquired Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund for €103 million (£88 million/$110 million).

However, Los Blancos are still dedicated to bringing in the France international this summer and may be willing to concede to the Ligue 1 winners’ demands. They have already given up on trying to recruit Harry Kane from Tottenham, and since Karim Benzema left for Saudi Arabia, they are presently looking to add a top-tier attacker. The Mbappe transfer issue will go on until into the summer until the player makes his decision.
