Real Madrid defeated Mallorca 3-0 to book their place in the final of the Spanish Super Cup.

Goals from Jude Bellingham, Rodrygo and an own goal, helped Madrid seal their place in a fourth consecutive Spanish Super Cup final.

They will be up against bitter rivals, Barcelona, who saw off Athletic Bilbao 2-0, in quest for their first trophy in two seasons.

Los Blancos dominated the game from the start, although they were unable to open the scoring in the first-half.

Carlo Ancelotti’s side went close on several occasions. However, Mallorca goalkeeper, Dominik Greif, made fantastic saves to deny the Spanish giants.

Real Madrid did manage to break the deadlock in the 63rd minute. Rodrygo hit the woodwork, and although Kylian Mbappe was denied by Greif, Bellingham forced the ball into the back of the net at the third attempt.

The dominance continued for Madrid who still found it hard to increase the scoreline until after regular time.

An own goal from Martin Valjent in the 92th minute and a birthday goal from Rodrygo sealed the victory.

Therefore, it is a Superclasico in Sunday’s final as Barcelona and Real Madrid prepare to go head-to-head for the third successive season in the Spanish Super Cup.
