Bayer Leverkusen boss Xabi Alonso hopes to sign Liverpool midfielder Tyler Morton on loan. Morton graduated from Liverpool’s junior academy. He made his senior debut during the 2021-22 season but has only made eight appearances for the club since then. Morton was on loan at Hull City and Blackburn Rovers throughout the previous two seasons.
