In the Golden State Warriors’ 118-114 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday night, Stephen Curry’s NBA record 3-point shooting streak came to an end at 268 games.

Curry finished the game 2 for 12 overall, 0 for 8 from 3-point range, and scored seven points. On December 1, 2018, he started the streak in Detroit.

The last time Curry went without a 3-pointer in a regular-season game came on November 8, 2018, when he went 0-for-4 against Milwaukee. Curry is the NBA career leader and recently made his 3,500th 3-pointer. At 157 games, he also holds the second-longest NBA streak.
One game before the Warriors won the championship, in Game 5 of the 2022 NBA Finals versus Boston, the two-time MVP missed all nine of his 3-point tries. Another NBA record, Curry had made one in his previous 132 postseason games.
